• Transaction fees as outlined in your pricing plan
• Provide accurate and complete billing information
• Authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred

We reserve the right to change our fees with 30 days' notice. Continued use of the platform after fee changes constitutes acceptance of the new fees.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the content you create and upload to your store. True Proper retains all rights to the platform software, design, and branding. By using our platform, you grant us a limited license to display your content as necessary to provide our services.

6. Prohibited Activities

You may not use True Proper to:

• Sell illegal products or services
• Engage in fraudulent activities
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Distribute malware, viruses, or other harmful code
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the platform will immediately cease.

8. Limitation of Liability

True Proper shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the past 12 months.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
